Disclaimer about my workout programs: You have to be motivated. The workouts are not easy, they require some time out of your week, and you are going to want to quit. Also, you will see little to no results if you don't follow the nutrition plan. You can lift hard every single day for a year straight and not see results because your nutrition was bad.
